北京2025年10月30日 /美通社/ -- 康菲石油中國有限公司("康菲中國")總裁胡凱誠(Markel Hübinette)先生榮獲2025年度中國政府友誼獎(jiǎng),以表彰其在推動(dòng)能源行業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展及深化中外合作領(lǐng)域的卓越貢獻(xiàn)。中國政府友誼獎(jiǎng)是中國政府授予為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展作出突出貢獻(xiàn)的外國專家的最高榮譽(yù)。9月30日,國務(wù)委員諶貽琴女士代表中國政府在人民大會(huì)堂為獲獎(jiǎng)外國專家頒獎(jiǎng),胡凱誠先生作為獲獎(jiǎng)代表之一受邀發(fā)言。
"能夠獲得中國政府友誼獎(jiǎng),我深感榮幸。這份榮譽(yù)代表著康菲公司全體團(tuán)隊(duì)在過去44年間支持中國能源行業(yè)發(fā)展與繁榮作出的共同努力。同時(shí),它也體現(xiàn)了我們與中國海洋石油集團(tuán)有限公司("中國海油")、中國石油化工集團(tuán)有限公司("中國石化")等中方合作伙伴攜手取得的卓越成就。"胡凱誠表示,"這一獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)具有深遠(yuǎn)意義,充分彰現(xiàn)了中國政府堅(jiān)定不移推進(jìn)高水平對外開放、持續(xù)優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境的不懈努力,也體現(xiàn)了對能源行業(yè)及包括康菲公司在內(nèi)的外資企業(yè)的高度重視與大力支持。"
自2019年出任康菲中國管理職務(wù)以來,胡凱誠先生始終致力于推動(dòng)與中國合作伙伴在能源領(lǐng)域的重大項(xiàng)目與合作。在他的帶領(lǐng)下,康菲與中國海油緊密協(xié)作,積極推進(jìn)了中國最大海上油田——蓬萊油田的滾動(dòng)開發(fā)及增儲上產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目。過去三十年間,雙方在蓬萊項(xiàng)目上共同投資超1500億元人民幣,建成18座海上平臺及一艘30萬噸級的浮式生產(chǎn)儲油輪。截至目前,蓬萊油田累計(jì)原油產(chǎn)量已超過8300萬噸,可滿足北京市約一年半的能源需求,為中國能源供應(yīng)作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。[1]
與此同時(shí),作為中國主要的液化天然氣供應(yīng)商之一,康菲公司始終致力于向中國供應(yīng)液化天然氣,助力中國向更為清潔的能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型。通過康菲全球合資項(xiàng)目,康菲與中國石化等合作伙伴攜手,每年向中國供應(yīng)近1000萬噸液化天然氣,占2024年中國液化天然氣進(jìn)口總量的13%至15%。
此外,胡凱誠先生也與中方合作伙伴一道,積極探索與評估中國潛在的上游勘探項(xiàng)目、低碳發(fā)展機(jī)遇以及替代能源方案,助力中國的能源安全和雙碳目標(biāo)。
胡凱誠先生在能源領(lǐng)域的突出貢獻(xiàn)廣受贊譽(yù),而他的行動(dòng)卻不止于此。他表示:"我們相信企業(yè)的成功與所處社區(qū)的繁榮福祉緊密相連。因此,我們致力于回饋當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū),并創(chuàng)造持久價(jià)值。"
在他的倡導(dǎo)下,康菲中國積極履行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,累計(jì)公益投入已超過8800萬元人民幣,助力應(yīng)對健康、教育、環(huán)境保護(hù)和災(zāi)難救助等關(guān)鍵民生領(lǐng)域的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。截至目前,康菲中國已幫助2100多名困境兒童獲得教育機(jī)會(huì),鼓勵(lì)支持全國大學(xué)生探索能源領(lǐng)域的可持續(xù)創(chuàng)新議題。此外,康菲中國還資助了來自16個(gè)省份、730多名先天性心臟病患兒接受免費(fèi)手術(shù)治療,并為全國數(shù)千名醫(yī)護(hù)人員提供了專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)。
胡凱誠先生與中國有著不解之緣。早在1998年,剛剛高中畢業(yè)的他,用自己兼職所得購買了一張飛往中國的機(jī)票,開啟了一段為期三個(gè)月的背包漫游之旅。中國博大精深的歷史人文、民眾的熱情友善,城鄉(xiāng)的蓬勃生機(jī),給他留下了美好而深刻的印象。
此后,他攜家人來華工作定居。在這里,他潛心學(xué)習(xí)中文,體驗(yàn)中國文化深厚底蘊(yùn),遍覽中華大地大好河山。迄今,他已游歷了中國34個(gè)省級行政區(qū)中的32個(gè),不斷加深著對這片廣袤土地的理解與熱愛。

2023年,胡凱誠先生榮獲天津市海河友誼獎(jiǎng)。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)由天津市人民政府頒發(fā),以表彰他對能源行業(yè)以及天津市經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展所做出的貢獻(xiàn)。
